Comfort Crew for Military Kids

The Comfort Crew for Military Kids delivers support to military children and their family to assist them during extraordinary challenges such as: multiple deployments, learning to live together again after an extended separation, healing from a visible or invisible injury, or the loss of a parent.

Cheaspeake Bay Academy

Chesapeake Bay Academy is the only K-12 independent school in Southeastern Virginia dedicated to serving student with a variety of learning differences including-dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia, ADD/ADHD, language-based learning challenges, auditory processing deficits, fine motor dysfunction, developmental delays, other health impairments, twice exceptional learners (2e), and high-functioning autism.

CHIP – Children’s Health Investment Program

Prenatal to Kindergarten, Children’s Health Investment Program (CHIP) is helping kids right from the start. CHIP provides services in Hampton Roads for children through age six and expectant mothers in the focus areas of health improvement, school readiness and self-sufficiency.

Edmarc Hospice for Children

Edmarc Hospice for Children sees a community in which no child or family is denied pediatric hospice services and a society that wholeheartedly accepts and supports pediatric care.

Elf Patrol

Elf Patrol helps to provide food, clothing, and toys, to children in hospice care, or living in abuse and homeless shelters throughout Hampton Roads. They also feed the homeless. They work year round with anyone needing help.

Eliza Hope Foundation

To provide early intervention with multidisciplinary therapies, board-certified therapist, and the equipment necessary to meet the unique learning needs of child and family. They provide educational and therapeutic support for children and families who are living with Autism Spectrum disorders in the Hampton Roads area and beyond. Service will focus on meeting developmental, language, motor and behavioral needs.

Stop Abuse was formed in 1986 to prevent child sexual abuse through education, detection and referral. The potential for this kind of abuse exists for children of every gender, age, race, ethnicity, background, socioeconomic status and family structure. No child is immune.
